We collect only what you choose to send. Here is how we handle it.
When you use the contact form on this site, you provide your name, email address, and message. That is the only personal information this website collects. We do not run analytics, track behavior, or use cookies for advertising.
Messages submitted through the contact form go directly to the Lodge Secretary. They are used to respond to candidate inquiries, visiting-brother requests, event questions, and other lodge matters. Your message will not be published, shared with third parties for marketing, or sold.
This site is built and operated with the help of a small number of service providers. Each handles limited technical information as needed to perform their function.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site, provides security, and manages the domain. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata as part of normal traffic handling.
- Web3Forms — receives and routes contact-form submissions to the Secretary's email. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and held on their servers for up to 30 days before deletion.
- Cloudinary — hosts photographs and images displayed on the site. Images stored there should be considered publicly accessible.
- Typefaces — Cormorant Garamond and Lora are self-hosted on this site. No font requests are made to Google or any third-party server. Your visit generates no external data exchange for typography.
We do not share your personal information with any other third party.
Contact inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed for lodge administration, candidate follow-up, or event coordination. Inquiries that do not result in an ongoing relationship are typically deleted within twelve to eighteen months.
This website is not directed to children under the age of thirteen. Masonic membership requires candidates to be adults of good character. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please write the Secretary and it will be deleted promptly.
If you would like to request deletion or correction of a message you submitted, write to the Lodge Secretary through the contact page or call the lodge at 1-201-568-2433. We will respond within a reasonable time.
